4. Procedure and Method of Destruction of Personal Information

Destruction Procedure

Personal information entered by users for membership registration or inquiries will be transferred to a separate database (or separate document storage in the case of paper records) and stored for a certain period according to internal policies and relevant laws before being destroyed.

Personal information transferred to a separate database will not be used for any purpose other than as required by law.

Personal information stored in electronic file format is deleted using technical methods that prevent the recovery of records.
